Radio San Gabriel seeks to empower the Aymara people, enhancing their cultural and linguistic identity, forming people in the Catholic faith, based on the cultural values of the ayllu, with reciprocity, honest, critical, reflective, supportive; with leadership capacity and transparent public management, with a vocation for service, respectful of the Constitution and the laws in force in Bolivia, to contribute to the transformation of the exclusive society into a healthy, productive and inclusive society; that respects the family, social justice, cultural diversity, gender equity and the environment, with the capacity to face climatic, technological, social, cultural and value changes, through bilingual intercultural education processes that promote full access to Economic, Social, Cultural, Environmental and Political Rights.
